A complete integration with Salesforce Commerce Cloud was required to improve workflow efficiency, streamline operations, and ensure smooth data transfer between systems.
The organization needed to utilize a CDN layer for image handling — serving all images through CDN links to improve load performance and reduce dependency on native SFCC image hosting.
The default Page Designer experience within SFCC was limited and needed to be extended to better serve customers and support a more flexible, image-rich content authoring workflow.

Imgix & SFCC integration — Integrated Imgix.com directly with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, enabling a more efficient and responsive workflow with improved image delivery, better customer engagement, and reduced operational overhead.
Extended Page Designer experience — Enhanced SFCC's default Page Designer to pull images directly from the Imgix.com server — giving content teams a more powerful, flexible authoring experience without leaving the platform.
CDN-powered image management — Harnessed the full power of the CDN layer to dynamically handle image resolutions and sizes via CDN links. Imgix.com can now replace default catalog product images directly from Business Manager — giving merchandisers full control without technical dependency.
